  1.      [F]iles:         Gives  a   list  of  all   files  available  for
  2.                       download, with  file sizes, dates,  and transfer
  3.                       times. After each screen  is filled, the display
  4.                       will pause until a key is pressed.

  6.      [T]ype a File:   Will type  any ASCII text  file in the  download
  7.                       directory. The  file being displayed  will pause
  8.                       when the screen is  filled, and pressing any key
  9.                       will resume viewing.
  10.  
  11.                       Allows the user to leave a message to the Sysop.
  12.                       There is  no word wrap, so  you must press ENTER
  13.                       at the  end of each line.  To save your message,
  14.                       press  ENTER on  a blank  line. If  you want  to
  15.                       insert a  blank line, press SPACE  once and then
  16.                       ENTER.  You have  a  maximum  of 100  lines. The
  17.                       message is stored in the user log.

  19.      [U]pload:        Sets  QuickHost up  to receive  a file  from the
  20.                       caller.

  23.      [D]ownload:      Sends a file from QuickHost to the caller.

  25.      [C]hat:          This  will  page  the  System  Operator  for  20
  26.                       seconds.  If  the  Sysop  does  not  answer, the
  27.                       caller will  be able to leave  him/her a short 5
  28.                       line   message   which   will   be  recorded  in
  29.                       QHOST.LOG.

  31.      [I]nitial Msg:   This will re-display LOGON2.MSG

  33.      [1] Bulletin #1  This will show Bulletin #1

  35.      [2] Bulletin #2  This will show Bulletin #2
